Almost Half Of Americans Say Biden Has Accomplished Little Or Nothing At All!!!

According to a WaPo-ABC News poll released Sunday, nearly half of Americans believe President Joe Biden has accomplished little, if anything, during his reign.

Biden has achieved "not very much" or "little or nothing" thus far, according to 63 percent of the 1,001 respondents interviewed, with 45 percent selecting the latter. According to Politico, the figure is significantly higher than that of prior Presidents Donald Trump, Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton at similar stages in their administrations.

The poll was conducted after the House of Representatives passed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill (BIF), which allocates $1.2 trillion over the next decade to improve roads, bridges, ports, waterways, rural internet access, and other infrastructure.

According to Politico, the poll also revealed that 51 percent of respondents would vote for Republican House candidates over Democrats in their home districts, the greatest percentage for the party since the poll began 40 years ago. This puts the figure higher than the GOP wave years of 2014, 2010 and 1994.

According to the poll results, Biden's approval rating has slipped to 41%, with 53% of respondents disapproving of the president's job while in office. Furthermore, only 31% of respondents believed Biden kept most of his campaign pledges, and 70% of respondents said the economy was "not very good" or "bad."

However, 63 percent of respondents said they were in favor of "spending one trillion dollars" on infrastructure, and 58 percent said they were in favor of "investing around two trillion dollars to address climate change and build or expand preschool, health care, and other social programs."

After protracted talks between different wings of the Democratic Party in the House, the BIF was passed in early November. Moderate Democrats pledged in writing to vote for Biden's $1.75 trillion spending bill if the Congressional Budget Office's (CBO) score matches White House projections.

Some Republicans have reacted angrily to the thirteen Republicans who voted in favor of BIF. The bill received six Democratic votes against it.
